Welcome to my mini blog / digital garden / etc. I created this because I was getting a real creative block working on my next blog post (it's been five months!), and all my blog posts have taken quite a long time to write because I like to make sure they are well written, understandable, and cover everything without being boring. This is good (I hope), but it means it takes forever to write new stuff, and life often gets in the way. So here's a mini blog to supplement it.

Mini blog entries will be largely unedited, and probably written in a single sitting. They might be anywhere from a couple of sentences to several sections, depending on how I'm feeling and how much I have to say on each topic.

If you're using RSS, all the mini blog posts will be tagged with the mini category, and well-written & edited blog posts will be tagged with full, so you can filter these out of your feed if you don't want to read my unfiltered* ramblings.

*I'll still try to keep it vaguely programming-related

Hopefully this will mean I can write more of my thoughts on the internet, and especially on topics that I don't have very much to talk about. Maybe it won't though, and perhaps my not-writing is just a symptom of me rather than the system. I wrote this post in approximately 10 minutes without procrastinating, so that's a good start I suppose, but only time will tell!
